I work from the belief that we create our life with the thoughts, beliefs, and voices we often experience. I call them parts and the actions that are driven by these parts. Upgrading yourself from 1.0 to 2.0 is about learning to accept all of you, every part of you. I will coach you and will teach you the same tools that helped me to overcome my addictions, from social media, porn, coffee, and carb addictions. I teach you how to welcome in “negative” emotions and how to work with them instead of supressing them. This will end your negative and downward spirals for good, if you are willing to do the work.

 

What makes my coaching unique is that I know how it is to experience the downs of life, the loneliness, the anxiety, and the depression. I know how hard it can be to do it all alone, to lone wolf it. It took me 6-8 years to figure it all out, to heal from my childhood trauma and to “get my shit together”. I don’t want this for you. Therefore, I have developed my coaching program to go from level 1.0 to 2.0 in 12 months.

 

I listen fully, hold space, but also ask question and will challenge you to step into the next best version of yourself.

Our time together will include Zoom calls, weekly assignments, practical tools and so much more. It is intimate, one-on-one coaching, so I have to believe that you are committed, because we will go deep!
